A list of websites that every artist should visit

I have finally decided to compile a list of websites that young illustrators might find helpful. These links include illustration forums, helpful resources, tools and art tutorials. I choose sites that seemed the most helpful and informative. As a starting artist, it can be tough out there. To those of us who are not sure where to begin, finding that starting point can be a blessing. That is why I decided to sort through my bookmarks and pull out the most useful, up-to-date resources I could find. There are also many more resources that I am still discovering everyday.
